How much does the consultation cost ?

The first 30 minutes are free of charge, it is called onboarding consultation. If you decide to continue with the same health professional, an hourly fee per consultation is applicable. The consultation fees are decided by the health care professional, you will be provided a list of tariff fees before engaging in any appointment.

What if I miss a consultation ?

Subject to the availability with your preferred consultant, you can request another appointment through our booking system.

Is the consultation covered by my health insurance

It is not easy to give a straightforward answer, as it works on a case by case basis. We recommend you to check your health plan for specific coverage details. If you have more questions, you can ask our health professionals during your first OnBoarding consultation.
